As a GumaTask Tasker, you are expected to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and respect. By joining GumaTask, you agree to:
Professionalism & Service
✅ Arrive on time for all tasks.
✅ Communicate clearly with clients through the app.
✅ Perform tasks to the best of your ability and in line with agreed expectations.
✅ Respect client property, privacy, and confidentiality.
✅ Provide honest information about skills, availability, and services.
Integrity & Safety
✅ Accept only tasks you are qualified and capable of completing.
✅ Follow safety standards and use proper tools/equipment.
✅ Never engage in theft, harassment, or inappropriate behavior.
✅ Avoid use of alcohol or drugs while performing tasks.
✅ Report accidents, issues, or unsafe situations immediately.
Fairness & Transparency
✅ Charge only through the GumaTask app—no off-platform deals.
✅ Be honest in task completion and hours worked.
✅ Respect cancellations, rescheduling, and client feedback.
✅ Accept that repeated low ratings or misconduct may result in suspension.
Community Standards
✅ Treat every client and fellow tasker with respect and fairness.
✅ Promote a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment.
✅ Represent GumaTask with integrity at all times.
Grounds for Suspension or Removal
• Fraudulent identity or false information.
• Repeated no-shows, cancellations, or unprofessional behavior.
• Unsafe conduct, harassment, or misconduct toward clients.
• Attempting to bypass GumaTask’s payment system.
• Criminal activity or violation of laws while performing tasks.
Acknowledgment
By becoming a Tasker with GumaTask, you agree to meet the above requirements and uphold this Code of Conduct. Failure to comply may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
